Hello Blossoms! My name is Elizabeth, the founder of Blossom Beauty NC. I specialize in expert waxing services designed to help you feel confident and radiant! My passion for waxing started when working at a chain salon. I was a receptionist and one of the things my job requires me to was ask how the service was for them. I would love to hear them say that they felt great and confident after completing the wax. Quickly I learned that I wanted to be the person that they loved to come in for every month. After training as a licensed esthetician, I opened Blossom Beauty NC to crest a safe space where self-care meets results-driven skincare. I believe that every client deserves to walk into a judgement free space where high quality products are used. Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING
No appointments will be scheduled by me. All appointments must be scheduled by you online. The only appointments booked by me will be at the end of the appointment if you choose to rebook. Otherwise, my website link will be sent to you to schedule your appointment.
You must add a credit/debit card to your profile online the first time you book. This is to ensure all policies are enforced.
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to complete your appointment! Gloss Genius will not allow you to complete your appointment booking if it is not paid.
DEPOSIT IS 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not, you automatically lose your deposit and will need to give a new deposit to schedule a new appointment.
LATE POLICY
There is a 5 minute grace period without additional fees. After 5 minutes have passed from your scheduled appointment time, a $20 Late Fee will be added to your total!
If you arrive passed 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, at my discretion, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost!
Keep in mind that if you are late, your appointment time will be cut short!

CANCELLATION POLICY
You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If any changes need be made after the 48 hours, you will automatically have to reschedule. You have to pay another deposit before your rescheduled date and time is set.
NO-SHOW POLICY
I will call you 1 time. If I do not get through to you, I will send a text. After no reply to either, you will be placed on a banned list and you will no longer be able to be serviced by me.
No-Shows will be allowed a 1 time pass only if I get an answer from you when I call or text.
If you decide to book an appointment and not show up to it, it would be of your benefit to shoot me a text or give me a call to let me know!!! It is easy to build relationships but it is even easier to lose them!!!
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If anything occurs to which you are unable to make it to your appointment and the 48 hour rescheduling period has passed, it will be up to my discretion if you are able to reschedule without losing your initial deposit.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
For Services:
There will be NO REFUNDS for ANY services!!! If you are not satisfied with the service provided, it will be up to my discretion if another service will be performed in the place of the original service.
Please understand that products are still being used on you and your are required to fill out a form stating that you aware of this policy!!!
For Products:
Products that I sell inhouse can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The products must be UNOPENED in order to be able to be exchanged!
Products that I buy online and are either shipped to your home or dropped off by me can not be exchanged or returned!!!
PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIPS
Packages
Once a package is purchased, it is non-refundable!!!
A package cannot be shared with anyone else! It is only valid for the person who's name is on the account. You must bring ID to the first appointment after the package is sold, especially if you are not the one who purchased it!
Memberships
Memberships can be cancelled whenever.
If your membership is active and you need to cancel please be aware that it will be active for the remainder of the membership period as memberships are non-refundable!!!
A membership cannot be shared with anyone else! It is only valid for the person who's name is on the account. You must bring ID to the first appointment after the membership is sold, especially if you are not the one who purchased it!
OTHER
If you need an appointment for outside of my working hours, I can do it with an additional $25 fee that would need to be paid with the deposit.
Working hours:
Mon - Thur 8am to 12pm
Fri - Sat 10am to 6pm
If you come in with makeup or any other products in the areas I will be working on, there will be a $25 cleansing fee. This is to ensure that the area is properly cleansed and ready for the service.
Please do not bring any extra people to your appointments, including children. Extra people may be a distraction and can be the cause of your appointment being cut short. Room space is limited in my suite and I need to be able to move around the room freely with my devices.
The only time when I will allow 2 people in the room is when the person getting the service is a minor. The only person that could accompany a minor would be their legal guardian and their guardian will be asked to fill out a form and for ID.
